• Photographs, videos and descriptions you send about a vehicle or installation
• Enquiry, quotation, booking, job, payment and warranty records

How and why we use it

We use personal information to answer enquiries, check vehicle compatibility, prepare quotations, book and complete work, provide aftercare, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis will usually be taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the workshop and supporting customers. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we may share it with

We do not sell personal information. A supplier may occasionally need limited vehicle information to confirm fitment or technical support.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, job, warranty, accounting, tax, insurance or legal purpose involved. Records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer required, although some business records must be retained for periods set by law.

Security and international services

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. If you contact us through an external service such as WhatsApp or Instagram, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms and may handle data outside the UK.

Your rights
